Nepal Engineering College is honoured to be approached for a significant endeavour that resonates with the profound history of cultural exchange between China and Nepal. The proposal to establish the Silk Road International Alliance of Architectural and Technological Universities, articulated by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT), echoes our shared belief in fostering interconnection and global collaboration. With a rich legacy in architecture, civil engineering, computer science, and engineering, our university's dedication to academic excellence and innovative achievements aligns seamlessly with the objectives of this alliance. Xi'an, the historic starting point of the Silk Road, holds a special place as a hub of cultural exchange and technological exploration. XAUAT's academic eminence and its contributions to sustainable urbanization are commendable, and the parallels between our institutions' goals are striking. Recognizing the value of mutual learning and collaborative progress, we appreciate the proposal's vision of knowledge exchange, information dissemination, and inclusive development. The proposed alliance as a knowledge library and talent hub holds immense potential to advance architecture and technology in the countries along the Silk Road.  After multiple rounds of meetings, nec decided to ally with an MoU with Silk Road International Alliance of Architectural and Technological Universities, articulated by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT) on November 18, 2022.
